We caught up with Rachael Hall from @rachaelannhall who loves combining her passion for yoga and the ocean.
Please introduce yourself.
Hi my name is Rachael Hall. I am a Yoga, fitness, and dance instructor. I am 20 years old and fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I have been dancing for 18 years, doing yoga for 8 years and teaching for 3. It is so amazing having my passion as my career because it doesn’t feel like work to me and I have realized it is my purpose in life.
What’s so great about life is every day we have the opportunity to become a better, healthier, stronger version of ourselves.
What made you start creating content on social media about yoga?
Yoga has impacted, transformed and changed my life so I thought what better way then to share on a platform that I control. Moving is my medicine and I have started to expand my content to things I am passionate about. I want to share positive and inspiring content to others.
What do you enjoy about practicing yoga on the beach?
The beach is a place that always grounds me and puts my mind at ease. I struggle with overthinking and staying present but I have realized that moving my body brings stillness to my mind. Practicing at the beach removes me from time and stress.
How important is oceans conservation for you?
Oceans conservation is extremely important to me. We are living on this earth and it is our job to take care of it
What's your biggest goal as a creator/blogger?
My biggest goal as a creator or blogger is to inspire others to lead healthier lives, ditch bad habits, create, explore, be open to new ideas and people and to pursue their passion.
